  I actually LOVE this restaurant! My husband and I were regulars when this location used to be Favorite, so when the place changed to Great, we decided to give it a try. Food was very similar if not better, and the garlic naan was way better than Favorite's.
  I went with my friend to the lunch buffet and we were both blown away by how good the food tasted.
  I also love the woman who works there (I think she is the new owner). She is so sweet and manages the place very well.

  I don't like this place, it's very lackluster and the food has little flavor. I had the Chicken curry, and the naan, the food made me throw up and I AM NEVER COMING Back here ever again!!
  
  The soup was bland and the music was annoying and very loud, almost like a concert. DO NOT GO HERE.

  This place takes over Favorite Indian Restaurant.
  We had a lunch buffet on a Sunday. The place was half full. The food selection is the same as the previous place. Actually, the taste is similar so I presume the kitchen staff is a holdover from the former place.
  
  We enjoyed the food. The goat curry was fantastic and so is the chicken tandoori.
  The best part is the mango ice cream at the end. We will be back.
  
  Check in on Yelp and get a 5% discount.

  This place took over from FAVOURITE INDIAN in the Safeway/ Rite Aid shopping center.
  
  Popped in for lunch I was greeted and told to sit anywhere, water was poured garlic naan offered, and of course accepted!
  
  They had Bollywood on TV
  which I enjoyed listening to w/my lunch.
  
  Naan was fine, not the best I've ever had but decent.
  The dal lentil soup had great flavor but it was pureed so the lentils seemed to be missing and I didn't care for the texture, That may just be me!
  The veg biryani was beautiful, but somewhat bland... Nothing that mixing up some sauces or chutney didn't fix... YUM!
  Loved the tamarind chutney it was delicious!
  The assorted veg pakoras were very good, didn't like the fish pakoras... Or the desert balls in yogurt but did like the chana marsala...

  What they did to the zucchini was nothing short of amazing I loved it!!
  I also loved the mushroom matar it was delicious...
  
  So my second plate was more pakoras, those amazing zucchinis and the mushrooms drizzled with tamarind chutney...
  
  So my service was very good, It is super clean I didn't realize soda was included, but I did see the machine. With T&T $14 is a good deal and I will be back. Plus they have both vegetarian and meats for your dining needs...

  I don't hate this place, but I don't love it either. I miss Favorite Indian! The food is similar, but not exactly the same. For my husband, he thinks otherwise, he says the flavors are the exact same. In my opinion, the food was a tad more bland than Favorite Indian. I believe the price is the same, if not, less! The service here is much friendlier though. However, it took time for them to clear our tables and provide water. I ended up getting water at the foundation after waiting for so long. I would still come here whenever I'm craving Indian food! This is still one of the better Indian buffets in the Bay!
  
  FYI - They have a 5% off Yelp Check-In with no details on what we can or cannot use it for. Usually there would be a description if it there are exceptions. When we presented the coupon, they would not honor it for the buffet, only for Al Carte.
